William A. Wenzel, P.C.

William A. Wenzel graduated from Seton Hall University in 1984 with a B.A. in political science and earned his juris doctorate degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Ma. in 1987. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 2001 and is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and NJ Federal District Court.

A Certified Civil Trial Attorney is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in civil trial practice. Less than 3% of all New Jersey Attorneys are Certified Trial Attorneys. As of June 2012 out of approximately 72,000 active lawyers in New Jersey only approximately 1,600 hold board Certification. A New Jersey Attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney must have been a member in good standing of the New Jersey bar for over 5 years; fulfilled ongoing continuing legal education requirements; demonstrated a substantial level of experience in civil trial law; been favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with his or her work, and; taken a passed a written examination in civil trial law.
